Cold Fusion

You can see my jumps in Warren Miller's ski movie, Cold Fusion out in October 2001.

On the last day of the shoot, April 4, 2001 Matt Chojnacki broke an 18-year-old record in the sport of Aerial Skiing by doing the most flips and twists ever done in any sport without a parachute and you can see it in the movie.

In 1983 Frank Bare was the first to do a quadruple flip on snow and it had three twists. We call it "The Bare." Matt added an additional twist to Frank's trick. We call it Really Amazing for now but Matt can call it whatever he wants. (Tech Talk: Half Rudi Full Full)

I did my first Bare (Lay Full Full Full -4 flips & 3 twists) on snow in Winter Park, CO on 12/12/99.
