Shipping in-stock suits usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Overnight
shipping is available for $50. Custom colors ship in 3-4 weeks.
Seals on new suits are intended to be tight and will stretch out after a
couple of weeks of use.
If the neck seal is too restricting, a soda bottle or something with a
similar diameter of your neck, and similar smoothness, can be placed in the neck seal overnight
to stretch it out. Be careful not to rip the seal when stretching. Older
seals are more fragile and will eventually need to be replaced.
It is
important to remember that your suit is designed for environmental
protection only and is not to be used for buoyancy control.
It is also very important that you properly weight yourself for neutral
buoyancy so that when you expel all the excess air from the suit you do
not sink.
